be a good cookie!
........................................................
2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 TSP baking soda
1 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 TSP salt
2 TSP vanilla extract
2 eggs
1-cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
Process
.........................................................................................
In the bowl of an electric mixer
combine butter with the
sugar and the brown sugar. Beat that until it is a fluffy
consistency. Turn the speed down to a lower speed and
add in the salt, vanilla, and eggs. Once that is mixed;
about 1 minute, add the flour mixture. After that is
combined manually stir in the chocolate
chips.
Now place small balls of dough on a
baking sheet on top
of parchment paper to bake.
Bake about 8 to 10 minutes or until
golden but still soft.
Remove and let
cool for a few minutes. The cookies will
still continue to cook for a few minutes outside of the oven.
Any leftover dough can be refrigerated
to make another
time or you can eat the cookie dough, like I do.
Enjoy!
